Please fill up the form and submit it online, you will receive a hardcopy of the form on a given email address. Download this form, print and return it to the office of Delhi Public School Pathankot.
One submission per child.

Please include a copy of each child’s Birth Certificate. An amount of Rupees 2000/- is payable per registration.
